While our monthly Café is a space for connection, our workshops are a dedicated practice to find your anchor. These two-hour sessions are designed to help you understand the shifts within your body and offer you the tools to feel like yourself again.
We look at what is happening beneath the surface during midlife, combining gentle science with movement and mindset to help you navigate this transition with clarity and a sense of steady confidence.
May Workshops: Steadying the Chaos
There is an invisible chaos that often arrives with midlife, brain fog, anxiety, and a tether that feels frayed. We feel that we should just get on with it, but the truth is kinder – you are not the problem, it’s down to biology.
In this session you will learn about midlife biological shifts and equip yourself with the tools to steady the overwhelm.
LEARN: We’ll begin by unpicking the science causing the chaos. Understanding why the nervous system feels hijacked is the first step in reclaiming your focus.
PRACTICE: A specialist yoga flow designed to cool the body and quieten the noise. We use movement and breathwork to transition from high-alert into a steady, grounded strength.
STEADY: We close with mindset tools and deep restorative rest—simple rituals to help you navigate the overwhelm of daily life with clarity and confidence.
