Almon arms raised

Welcome

For over 10 years, I have taught movement, breath, and mindfulness. Entering midlife myself, I am experiencing how my own body is shifting, and I realise my practice needs to change with it.

I created Almon’s House to offer a dedicated, welcoming space near Cascais where midlife body changes are welcome, understood and met with practical support.

Movement That Works With Your Body

Learn: Clear, evidence-based guidance on midlife changes so you can manage your symptoms and protect your long-term health.

Practice: Combining mindful movement and strength to build muscle, protect your bones, support your heart, and calm your nervous system.

Connect: Gathering regularly over tea in a warm, cosy space to share experiences, lift our mood, and build a supportive local community.

10 Years of Teaching Expertise

After ten years of teaching, my focus is now midlife wellbeing. Before yoga, I worked in London managing public health campaigns and community events. That experience taught me how to make health advice simple, practical, and useful in real life.

Beyond movement classes, I partner with doctors, nutritionists, and women’s health specialists to give you practical tools to feel strong and vibrant.

"Navigating the shifts of perimenopause, I find my anchor in the rhythm of breath and movement. I help women move past the overwhelm to regain focus and feel good."
